Chiefs and Rock all tied up at two games apiece

Like a pair of heavyweight prize fighters, the Six Nations Pro-Fit Chiefs and Oakville Rock are trading blows.
On Sunday at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena, it was the Rock's turn, as they held on to an 8-7 win in front of another great crowd.
For 40 minutes both teams exchanged goals, and in the third, the Rock got two in a row from Dan Craig and Brad Gillies to seal the win.
Randy Staats and Johnny Powless scored goals for their respective teams in the first period.
In the second period, Jeremy Thompson, Eric Fannell and Cody Jamieson scored for the Chiefs, while Jeremy Noble, Powless and Craig responded for the Rock.
Kyle Jackson then scored a pair of goals to give the Chiefs an early third-period lead. Brandon Slade and Dallas Bridle then responded, before Ian MacKay gave the Chiefs another lead before the Rock scored two in a row to get the victory.
Nick Rose and Doug Jamieson were again fantastic in goal. Jamieson made 44 saves in a losing effort, while Rose stood tall stopping 62, including a pair of diving saves in the final seconds of the game.
