Jamieson brilliant in season opening win
Doug Jamieson showed why the Six Nations Pro-Fit Chiefs made certain to protect him prior to the 2018 Major Series Lacrosse draft.
Jamieson was tested often, but only a pair of goals from Kyle Killen was able to beat him as the Chiefs ran away with a 9-2 win over the Cobourg Nissan Kodiaks Saturday.
While Jamieson, who backstopped the junior A Six Nations Arrows to another Minto Cup last season was strong between the pipes, the offence did their part, scoring three times in each period.
