Chiefs and Lakers set to square off in MSL final
For the fifth time in six years, the Six Nations Pro-Fit Chiefs will take on the Peterborough Lakers for the Major Series Lacrosse title and a shot at the Mann Cup.
On Wednesday night in Whitby, the Lakers earned its spot in the MSL final thanks to a 10-4 in Game 6 of the best-of-seven semifinal series.
The Chiefs, the defending champions, make its return trip to the final after a thrilling seven-game battle with the Oakville Rock.
The best-of-seven MSL final begins Tuesday at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena at 8 p.m.
