Cody Jamieson showed why he's the leader of the Six Nations Chiefs, scoring three goals and five assists, as his team came away with a 13-7 win over Brooklin Lacrosse Club Tuesday.
Jamieson got things going for the Chiefs, before Austin Staats scored a pair of goals, with Bryan Cole and Randy Staats adding singles. Graydon Hogg responded for BLC.
Travis Longboat and Jeremy Thompson added to the lead. But BLC responded with goals from Brady Kearnan and Jacob Hickey. Jamieson added his second goal of the game, with Dylan Robinson responding.
BLC made a game of it, with Connor Kearnan, Brock Haley and Austin Shanks getting their team within a goal. But the Chiefs pulled ahead thanks to Jamieson, a pair from Dhane Smith, and singles from Randy Staats, and Tyson Bell.
